Assistant Compliance Officer

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Providing full support and assistance to the Executive Director, Head of Legal & Compliance and Anti-Money Laundering Compliance Officer in the implementation of internal KYC management and compliance procedures
  • Conducting KYC verification process
  • Generating spreadsheets, reports and thoroughly archiving all Customer/Counterparty KYC documentation
  • Ensuring prompt delivery of findings to Customer Support Department/Client On Boarding Department for rectification and resolution
  • Ensuring a thorough filing and documentation procedure is maintained
  • Detecting and reporting cases and issues related to the prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing to the Executive Director, Head of Legal & Compliance Department and Anti-Money Laundering Compliance Officer
  • Reviewing customer account opening documentation for corporate clients, thoroughly processing files for documentation accuracy
  • Conducting periodic Corporate and Counterparties’ reviews
  • Supporting the Executive Director, Head of Legal & Compliance Department and Anti-Money Laundering Compliance Officer in the implementation of a risk based approach policy and procedures in relation to AML.
  • Supporting the Executive Director, Head of Legal & Compliance Department and Anti-Money Laundering Compliance Officer in complete analysis of transactional information through manual and/or automated monitoring systems in order to identify risks, trends and potential suspicious activity related to money laundering.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS 

  • A university or postgraduate degree or other equivalent qualification
  • Minimum one year of previous Anti-Money Laundering Compliance experience
  • Language skills: fluent written and spoken English
  • Excellent Presentation and Communication skills
  • Computer literate with excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Marketing Manager

DESCRIPTION

  • Develop and execute a marketing strategy (both online and offline channels)
  • Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company websites
  • Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the websites
  • Develop and execute the brand through all relevant channels;
  • Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns
  • Utilizing a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC
  • Oversee and successfully execute all marketing campaigns from idea to execution;
  • Implement methods to track and evaluate the performance of all marketing campaigns; Create and deliver campaign reviews, brand reporting, and recommendations for future execution;

REQUIREMENTS

SEO Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generate & increase targeted web traffic, and thereby increase number of valuable leads

- Reviews key metrics across the websites to assess effectiveness of strategy

- Link-Building and develop SEO optimized content

- Provide SEO analysis and recommendations in coordination with elements and the structure of our lead website, blog and social media pages

- Perform keyword research to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities

- Help to create effective marketing content for use on our website, mailers etc.

- Test and implement various search engine marketing techniques, web site layouts, content and paid search strategy for SEO/SEM optimization

- Regular communication with team and reporting to management on project development, timelines, potential areas of improvement and results

- Monitor and analyze SEO tactics and strategies and make ongoing changes to improve performance metrics

- Research and monitor industry news, trends and local market opportunities

MAIN REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native or fluent in English
